New Year's Eve at Broad Street Grille

Options for the second course include oyster chowder with leeks and Benton's bacon; caramelized pear salad with Appalachian blue cheese, dried cranberries and champagne vinaigrette; BSG caesar salad with white truffle oil, shaved parmesan and parmesan-peppercorn dressing; and local beets with house-made ricotta, frisée, citrus segments and basil oil. A refreshing lemon raspberry sorbet follows the salad course.
Diners have six mouthwatering options for their entrée: braised bison short rib with Riverview Farms grits, creamed brussel sprouts and caramelized cipollini onion jus; charred beef tenderloin with Yukon gold whipped potatoes and garlic wilted spinach topped with demi glace; Tanglewood Farms chicken, butternut purée, brussel sprout salad and house bacon vinaigrette; seared local pork shoulder with celery root purée and rainbow carrots; spice-crusted tuna with muttermilk-mustard fried oysters, charred green onions and country ham butter; and vegetarian risotto with butternut squash purée, spinach and sautéed vegetables. Delectable dessert options include vanilla bean cheesecake, flourless chocolate torte and tiramisu.
The New Year's Eve Dinner will be served from 5 – 10 p.m., and is $125 per couple. Dinner guests may enjoy the New Year's Eve festivities in The Foundry with live entertainment by Rick Rushing and the Blues Strangers for no additional charge. The cover charge for the party in The Foundry is $15 for guests who do not dine at Broad Street Grille, and includes party favors and a champagne toast.
